By using the Daraz PW website, app, or any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you and Daraz PW– a legally binding document between the parties.
To use this service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Daraz PW reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
Please note: These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Daraz PW shall be considered final.
All information you provide at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and all balances in such accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Daraz PW Daraz PW will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by message. If anyone requests this information, contact our support team immediately.
Warning: Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
After registration, withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. A clear photo of your national ID is required for KYC.
Daraz PWcurrently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. A minimum transaction amount applies to each transaction, and maximum limits are also in place, which may vary based on your account tier.
Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
Good to know: Deposits from another person's mobile banking number are not accepted. The number used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
Daraz PW– all bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are automatically deemed to have agreed to the associated wagering conditions.
The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – they must first be converted to cash by meeting the specified wagering requirement.
All Betting & Gaming Activities Daraz PWoperates under its designated rules. A certified RNG (Random Number Generator), audited by a third party, is used to determine the outcome of all games.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded. For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, Daraz PWwill take action in accordance with its own rules.
Minimum bet amount: Slots start from ৳10, Sports Betting from ৳50, and Live Casino from ৳100. Maximum bet limits are determined by the game and your account tier.
Daraz PW reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and, where necessary, place payments on hold. Any winnings obtained by exploiting flaws in the betting system will be considered void.
Daraz PW's platform strictly prohibits certain activities. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Daraz PWmay also terminate an account without prior notice under certain circumstances, including violations of the terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons.

There is no guarantee of winning or losing in any betting or gaming activity. Betting always carries risk – only wager money you can afford to lose.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Daraz PW– any legal claim against must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
